Are the characters real people?

No. Every character in Heymi is fictional, and their replies are written by an AI model. No real person reads or answers your messages.

I bought something and don't see it.

Open Profile → Settings → Restore purchases. If it still doesn't appear, write to us with the date of the purchase.

How do I keep my account on a new phone?

Link Sign in with Apple in Profile → Settings before you switch, then sign in with the same Apple ID on the new phone.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Settings → Delete account. It removes your conversations and profile right away. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I report a character or a message?

Open the character's profile and choose Report, or write to us. We review every report.
